The city of Huntington Beach is currently engaged in a search for Richard Kim, a missing man with dementia. As stated by the Huntington Beach Police Department (HBPD) on a Facebook post, Mr. Kim was last seen on Wednesday, around 3 p.m., in the 18500 block of Florida St.
The HBPD's release details that Richard Kim is a 58-year-old Asian male with black eyes and hair. At 5'7" tall, Kim weighs roughly 150 pounds. Although his clothing description at the time of his disappearance is still unknown, it's confirmed that he suffers from dementia. Local authorities and community members are cooperating to further the investigation.
