Knife-Wielding Robber Strikes in Downtown Lowell, Police Seek Public's Help to Identify Him

An armed robbery occurred in Downtown Lowell on November 11, in which an individual wielded a knife. The individual can be identified by a neck tattoo, according to the Facebook post of Lowell Police Department. The LPD is asking for information to help identify the suspect.
