Smaran Prakash Poudyal, an Asian male standing 5-feet-9-inches tall and weighing 135 pounds, has straight black hair, brown eyes, and a spider tattoo on his left hand. He was last seen wearing a green jacket, black pants, and black shoes, and was reported on the 20800 block of Satinwood Drive.
