
On October 24, a woman fell victim to an unprovoked assault on an MBTA train, with her young child present. The incident occurred after the woman, carrying her baby, accidently bumped into a male passenger with her stroller on the Blue Line train between Airport and Maverick stops. The man responded by striking the mother and later threatening her life, as reported by NBC Boston.
The MBTA Transit Police are seeking the public's help in identifying the man involved in the assault. Earlier today, photos of the man were posted on the Transit Police's Twitter account, along with an appeal for anyone with information about his identity to contact their CIU at 617-222-1050.
