Repeat sex trafficker Marvin Pompilus of Stoughton has reoffended after a six-year prison sentence on previous charges.
Having been convicted in Suffolk Superior Court of trafficking a person for sexual servitude, and deriving support from prostitution, the 39-year-old Pompilus was released in October 2021.
It has been alleged that afterwards, he engaged in regrettably coercing and exploiting multiple victims to perform commercial sex acts for his benefit throughout 2021 and 2022, according to the U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts.
Pompilus is said to have used physical violence, drug coercion, and threats to exercise control over his victims.
Additionally, he deceived women into commercial sex by posing as a sex buyer. Women caught in this cycle of violence were denied medical attention and subjected to threats, even with firearms, according to the charging documents.
