On Wednesday, November 1, the Riverside County Sheriff's Office found a deceased male at a property on Country View Road, Whitewater, a quiet town in Riverside County. The investigation led to identifying two suspects, 40-year-old Daniel Pacheco, a Whitewater resident, and 48-year-old Juan Reyes from Palm Springs, according to the press release.
Yesterday, around 2:00 p.m., members of the Coachella Valley Violent Crimes Gang Task Force and the Sheriff’s Major Crimes Unit located and arrested Juan Reyes in the 3500 block of East Palm Canyon Road, Palm Springs. Both Pacheco and Reyes were booked into the John J. Benoit Detention Center, Indio, for murder.
