The residents of Santa Ana observed the annual event of the collaborative turkey donation last week at the Delhi Center. This initiative, marking its third year, witnessed the Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) and Santa Ana Police Department rallying together and handing out more than 60 turkeys to senior citizens, as posted on their Facebook page.
This endeavor wouldn't have been successful, if not for the combined efforts of different organizations. Kroger Foods generously afforded the turkeys, and the Delhi Center offered their premises to hold the event. The seniors of Santa Ana were supported by community pillars throughout this festive season.
