On Sunday, an armed robbery occurred in the quiet town of Tewksbury, Massachusetts. A young man entered Andy's Convenience store on Woburn Street roughly around 8:37 p.m. Brandishing a Tec9-style firearm with an extended magazine, he demanded cash and other items from the cashier as repoted by the Tewksbury Police Department.
This suspect then ran away from the name of the store, vanishing into a nearby wooded area. Tewksbury's Police Department, under Police Chief Ryan Columbus, continues to search for the suspect. They are appealing to the public for assistance and have released video surveillance footage and pictures of the suspect—a male in his mid-20s, clad in a black sweatshirt with white strings, black pants, a navy blue backpack, and Nike sneakers with an orange or red swoosh.
