A young man lost his life in a fatal car accident in Chicago's West Lawn District last night. The male in his 20s was pronounced dead after his silver SUV struck a commercial building on the 6500 block of South Pulaski at around 10:48 p.m., on Friday. The incident was reported by the Chicago Sun-Times.
After receiving emergency care on scene, the driver was swiftly transported to the nearby Christ Medical Center where he sadly succumbed to his injuries.
Reports confirm no other injuries or vehicles were involved in the crash. The Area One Detectives are conducting an investigation into the incident according to a FOX 32 Chicago update.
