A new discoverable haunt in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts is winning hearts thanks to its trifecta of well-crafted beer, tasty food, and inviting surroundings. Epigram Brew Co., opened since early November, has a roster of expertly brewed beer and South Shore-style bar pizza in a modern setting according to BostonHerald.
Owner Jeff White, upon noticing the rarity of breweries that excel in beer, food, and ambience, decided to challenge this observation. Inclined to fill this gap, White and team kickstarted Epigram Brew Co., with their venture culminating into a 300-seat, 15,000-square-foot brewing beacon. This unique space, to explore brewing and meaningful conversation, is in White’s own neighborhood as reported by the Boston Herald.
Epigram Brew Co. soon became a go-to spot since their October-end launch. Within a week, they had customers flocking regularly to their 300-seat venue, as per BostonHerald. Along their popularity is their high cleanliness standards under the watch of Head of Production, Fred Halloran. "We're brewing plenty; the first week clearly mandates it," stated Halloran.
