Raine was reportedly last seen in the company of Lorenzo "Carlos" Guerrero, described as a Hispanic male in his early 40s. The pair was spotted in a silver Mercedes Benz C230, CA plate 5ZFS158. Anyone who may have seen the vehicle or has any leads on its location is encouraged to come forward. The urgency of this situation cannot be overstated, as a young girl's safety hangs in the balance.

The details provided by the FBI included Raine's last known attire: light blue jeans and a black t-shirt.
