Meanwhile, the city's emergency response was stretched as they had to attend to a two-car accident at Michigan & Monroe simultaneously. The collision resulted in three individuals being transported to the hospital with "yellow" condition injuries, a designation used by emergency services to indicate non-life-threatening injuries. The incident, as reported by the CFD's official media channel, also saw five individuals refuse medical treatment at the scene.
