Framingham will say "xin chào" to a new Vietnamese dining establishment. House of Pho is set to open its doors on Route 9, taking up residence in what was once Welcome India Cuisine, which shuttered back in August. The new restaurant aims to tantalize taste buds with its take on traditional Vietnamese fare.

According to a report by Michael Shammas. The spot will offer seats for around 56 patrons and dish out various noodle soups, rolls, and other Vietnamese staples. Initially pegged to be named Pho Framingham, Kiat Cormier from the ChewOnThis Facebook page revealed that the switch to House of Pho reflects a broader menu selection.

Located at 770 Worcester Road, the upcoming House of Pho promises more than just the aromatic broth-based soup that's a cornerstone of Vietnamese cuisine. The restaurant's website proudly states, "With Pho as our specialty noodle soup, we keep it as our most authentic dish that we have to offer, with only a few tweaks from our own family recipe added to the mix."

But the menu isn't strictly traditional—the House of Pho is branching out with offerings that include Stir-fried Lo Mein, a range of Rice Dishes, and they're even catering to the plant-forward crowd with an entire page of vegetarian options.
