On the evening of December 19, Constable Mark Herman's deputies were summoned to a suburban community where a suspicious individual was reported, according to a Facebook post by Precinct 4. The woman, initially concealing her true identity, gave officers a false name and date of birth upon their arrival at the 23600 block of Pebworth Place.

Despite her attempt to deceive law enforcement, the deputies were not detoured and conducted a detailed inquiry. Their investigation ultimately unmasked the suspect as Icis Davis. Davis was found to have a significant blemish on her record – an open felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

"Icis Davis was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrant and charged with Failure to Identify to a Police Officer. Her total bond was set at $10,250.00 out of the 337th District Court and County Court 9." the Constable's statement revealed.

Following the arrest, Davis's attempt to obscure her identity only added to her legal woes. Now, she faces the original felony charge alongside the additional accusation of failing to truthfully identify herself. Davis is currently held at the Harris County Jail, awaiting the due process to unfold from the allegations placed upon her.
