The alleged assailant, described as a woman in her 20s donned in a brown jacket and leggings, was last seen fleeing the scene on a bicycle she later abandoned. Assistant Chief Wyatt Martin of the Houston Police Department conveyed at a news conference, "We do not believe this is something that is creating any additional danger to people shopping in the area.” In an effort to swiftly solve the case, authorities are extensively reviewing video footage from nearby businesses and urge any witnesses with valuable information to come forward.
