North Andover was shaken by a series of car break-ins throughout Wednesday night. The North Andover Police Department is now on the prowl for four individuals tied to the criminal spree. According to the department alert, the quartet of thieves embarked on their law-breaking journey between the witching hours of 10:15 p.m. and 12:30 a.m. Those who may have captured the events on video are being urged to step forward and assist in the investigation.
Officer Laura Jimenez is spearheading the quest to track down these perpetrators, publicly urging citizens to fully come together and assist the department in their endeavor. Fingerprints were left on door handles and bits of shattered glass as officials pored over evidence.
Residents with any video surveillance are strongly encouraged to forward the footage to Jimenez at her email, [email protected], or to contact the North Andover Police Department business line directly. Their plea was broadcast via a Facebook post today.
