In a separate but similarly startling incident, tempers flared into gunfire over landscaping disputes in another part of Miami-Dade, with a homeowner and a landscaper arguing over leaves that were blown into the yard, the confrontation, which took place at 1550 NW 79th Street, escalated, leaving one person critically wounded, as CBS News reported.
