The Austin Business Journal has revealed that other notable tenants will feature Jersey Mikes Subs, Five Guys, and Abbott's Frozen Custard, indicating a blend of established chains aimed at catering to diverse tastes. Alongside, Mattress Firm, Pet Supplies Plus, and Discount Tires are just a fragment of the wide array of service providers slated to root themselves in this expansive commercial epicenter.

With the population within Manor's retail trade area forecasted to surge past 100,000 by 2028, the stakes are high for the businesses setting up shop. Matt Wilson, managing director of The Retail Connection's investment division, expressed the strategic approach of summoning "best-in-class tenants" to ensure the center's success. He put it plainly in a statement obtained by the Austin Business Journal, "New construction requires businesses that can make enough sales to justify the rents." Adding to Wilson's insights, the same publication reported that specialty spaces such as patios and sidewalks are part of the blueprint, envisioned to animate the atmosphere and add to the center's appeal.

The people of Manor, currently numbered around 19,000, according to reports by KVUE, can look forward to a destination that promises not only convenience but also a sense of vibrancy and life in their steadily expanding Texan town.
