
A report was made about a man who was attacked in Loma Linda, and the assailant is now facing attempted murder charges. The attack took place near the intersection of Mountain View and Juanita Street, where the victim sought help from a nearby business after being assaulted with an unidentified weapon.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department said the victim, identified as 57-year-old transient Anthony Pasillas Aldana, was found bleeding from the head at approximately 6:14 p.m. and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
According to the sheriff's department, 56-year-old Kendi Narmer Pakeybey also described as a transient, was arrested in connection with the crime. Pakeybey is currently being held on $1,000,000 bail at the Central Detention Center as the investigation continues.
Authorities are calling on the community for any information related to this case, urging individuals to come forward. The plea made by Deputy J. Tamayo and Deputy R.
