Arrested for the same offense, Daniel Hernandez Yanez found himself in handcuffs after deputies observed his impaired condition behind the wheel during a routine traffic stop. The incident took place in the 14100 block of Mueschke Road.
Field tests at the scene revealed that Yanez was under the influence, leading to his prompt arrest by officials from Constable Mark Herman's Office late yesterday.
"Daniel Yanez was arrested and booked into to the Harris County Jail, charged with his second offense of Driving While Intoxicated. His court and bond information have not been set at this time." the Constable's office stated. Information regarding his court and bond arrangements remain undisclosed as of now, according to an official Facebook post by Precinct 4.
