A grisly scene unfolded in North Harris County where 37-year-old Eric Henderson Jr. was found dead. A robbery turned fatal shooting has resulted in capital murder charges against 51-year-old Terrance Mann.
Investigators from the Harris County Sheriff's Office were called to the 17000 block of Bamwood, where they discovered the victim. News of the violent death was rippling through the community as details surfaced of the heinous crime, and Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez took to X to determine the suspect behind the killing. Mann not only stands accused of pulling the trigger in what police have surmised was a robbery gone terribly wrong but also tampering with evidence in a bid to conceal his actions on that fatal day.
Confirming the charges, Gonzalez's post on X detailed the dual allegations against Mann, stating, "Today, Terrance Mann (51) was charged with Capital Murder in the robbery and shooting death of Henderson. Additionally, Mann was charged with Tampering with Evidence for his efforts to cover up the shooting." The post marked a grim conclusion to the investigation that began with the discovery of Henderson's body.
