A major overhaul at the westbound lanes of 1604 from Lockhill Selma Road to the interchange I-10 will be closed.

A road with a $1.4 billion price tag that stretches from Bandera Road to Interstate 35. Starting 9 p.m. tonight, December 1 until 5 a.m. each night through December 8, as reported by MySA.

The folks at TxDOT instruct drivers, "Traffic will exit the Lockhill Selma exit ramp. Traffic will continue on the WB frontage road through Lockhill Selma road, Vance Jackson Road, and IH-10 intersections and can re-enter the WB main lanes via the entrance ramp west of IH-10." Other major routes in Alamo City are also undergoing construction; I-10, I-35, Loop 410, and U.S. 90 are also undergoing construction, with closures that could potentially leave drivers confused.
