The San Pablo Police Department has reportedly had a busy weekend, with multiple arrests and the seizure of illegal firearms and narcotics. Officers managed to take "two ghost guns out of the hands of convicted felons and drug dealers" during patrol operations.

During their interventions, officers also caught an individual in the act of stealing copper wires from AT&T, foiled an attempted break-in at a local business, and brought in two individuals for selling drugs, one of whom had nearly a pound of fentanyl in their possession. The police efforts to quickly return stolen property and detain those responsible culminated with the removal of three impaired drivers off of the street, according to San Pablo Police Department.

San Pablo PD also highlights the capture of a repeat offender, a car thief who was recently out of custody for a similar crime. In addition to these incidents, several fugitives with active warrants found their way into police custody over the weekend.

Focused on community safety, the department expressed satisfaction with the outcomes of the patrols. "We are happy to report all of the stolen property was recovered and returned to their rightful owners and the bad guys went to jail", per San Pablo Police Department.
