The City of Santee has announced that the Mast Park Disc Golf Course will be shut down for a couple of days in the new year. Come January 6 and 7, from the early hours of 8:45 AM until the evening at 5 PM, the greens will be reserved exclusively for those competing in the "2024 Dog Haus Open" Tournament.
Those looking to participate instead of spectate – grab your drivers, putters, and mid-range discs – can still throw their hats into the ring. To sign up for the tournament, simply visit Disc Golf Scene's website and search for the "2024 Dog Haus Open." According to a post by the City of Santee, eager competitors and curious onlookers can find all the information they need to register or just pencil in the event on their calendars.

Mast Park, known for its serene environment and well-maintained course, is a favorite stomping ground for local disc golfers looking to perfect their game or enjoy a leisurely day with friends and family.
