Authorities in Minnesota are intensifying their search for Kaitlyn Hohman, a 21-year-old woman reported missing since July from the City of Eden Valley, as reported by Fox 9. The Stearns County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's assistance, citing concerns for Hohman's safety after ongoing efforts to locate her have hit a standstill.
Hohman, described as a 5-foot-2 white female weighing 125 pounds with blue eyes, is known to sometimes wear a wig and was last seen sporting purple-gray hair making contact with her family around July 27, and since then there has been a pervasive silence, with no new leads on her whereabouts. The sheriff's office believes she may have traveled to the Twin Cities Metro area and could specifically be in Bloomington; they urge anyone with information to come forward, emphasizing this as an active investigation.
In a statement obtained by St. Cloud Times, the Sheriff's Office remarked, "This is an investigation; however, efforts to locate Ms. Hohman have been unsuccessful as of this date." The statement underlines the gravity of the situation and implores citizens to be vigilant and responsive to any potentially pertinent information.
The community is called upon to aid in the search, with officials providing a tip line at 320-251-4240 and an online form for anonymous submissions; those who may have seen Hohman or know of her current location are encouraged to, without hesitation contact local law enforcement or use the sheriff's website to help usher in a resolution to the troubling disappearance of this young individual.
