Aquatica at SeaWorld San Antonio's latest announcement of a new water playground set to open in 2024. Dubbed Tikitapu Splash, a sprawling 15,000-square-foot water wonderland with its array of slides, buckets, and spray features, as reported by KENS 5.

David Skelton, Vice President of Aquatica, said, “Our commitment to fun and innovation has resulted in a 15,000 square foot water playland extravaganza that will give the entire family even more ways to get wet and have fun.” As per KENS 5, the attraction will feature three giant buckets ready to dump over 1,300 gallons of water on eager park-goers, alongside four waterslides and more than a hundred spray elements.

SeaWorld is also set with Catapult Falls, dubbed the world's first launched flume coaster, arriving in spring 2024. According to the attraction's official page, this ride is a hybrid of thrills and chills, combining high-speed flume action with a coaster's floating thrill.

Visitors should prepare to quickly drop over what's being billed as the world's steepest flume, as detailed on SeaWorld's website.
