A 15-year-old male has been slapped with a felony charge in connection with a brazen vehicular hijacking in Crest Hill, Illinois. According to the Chicago Police Department, the teen faces one count of aggravated vehicular hijacking with a firearm.
Task force officers nailed the arrest yesterday, December 19, when the juvenile, whose identity has not been disclosed due to his age, was nabbed on the 1600 block of Heiden Ave.
Authorities stated he was identified as the culprit who, on October 4, had allegedly commandeered a 36-year-old man's vehicle at gunpoint in the 3600 block of S. California.
As the case against the accused teen moves forward, no further information has been released at this juncture.
