A tragedy struck Ocean Beach as a young teenager's ride turned nightmarish after a collision with an alleged drunk driver on Monday evening. The impact was violent, and the youth, on his Talaria dirt bike, was dragged several feet under the vehicle, leaving him with a severely fractured pelvis on both sides, the teen was fighting for his life as the 47-year-old driver of the Land Rover was arrested.
