Responding to alerts from ShotSpotter technology, Houston Police arrived at the scene where they discovered two women in a white pickup truck; one of them, believed to be in her 20s, had sustained a gunshot injury to her face but was stable after being transported by Houston Fire Department medics to a trauma center, as confirmed by authorities.
