
A young man's life was tragically cut short in a barbershop on Atlantic Avenue, East Los Angeles, after an unidentified gunman opened fire, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department reported. The incident occurred around 5:41 PM on Wednesday at the 1200 block of Atlantic Avenue, and the aftermath has left the local community reeling in shock and searching for answers.
According to a bulletin issued by the Sheriff's Information Bureau, the victim, a Hispanic male believed to be in his early twenties, was shot multiple times in the upper torso. Despite being rushed to the local hospital, the individual succumbed to his injuries. The investigators gathered that the suspect, along with an accomplice, fled the scene on foot, heading south on Atlantic Avenue, after the cold-blooded shooting at a local barbershop.
