Monica Bretado from the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office said, "It is unknown at this time if speed and or impairment are factors of this incident." She added that MCSO Vehicular Crimes Detectives were on their way to lead the investigation, a statement released to FOX10 Phoenix tells us.
