Earlier, the authorities issued an urgent plea to the local community and beyond for help finding Mr. Stuart Feldman, an 85-year-old man reported missing and classified as “At-Risk.” According to the police, Feldman was last spotted around 10:30am in Northwest Berkeley. The concerns for his well-being are heightened due to his age and vulnerable condition.
Described as about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 138 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes, Feldman’s physical traits were shared in hopes that public vigilance could aid in his safe return. When he was last seen, the missing man was adorned in a blue/gray beanie hat, a similar colored fleece jacket, and blue jeans—a description distributed by the authorities to help identify him.
The call for public assistance has been widely circulated, with the Berkeley Police Department urging anyone with information to come forward.
