Wesley was last in contact with his family on November 22, 2023, around 7 PM, before he apparently set off for Braintree. According to a statement obtained by the official police website, he was described as a Black male, standing at 6-foot-3 and weighing around 300 pounds with a bald head, mustaches, and distinctive green eyes. His usual attire includes jeans and a sweatshirt, and he is known to occasionally visit the Malden area, particularly around Broadway Street.
Authorities have shared minimal details on the circumstances surrounding Wesley's disappearance, and it remains unclear why he traveled to Braintree or if he arrived at his intended destination. The Boston Police are actively canvassing areas Wesley was known to frequent, relying on the public’s eyes and ears to provide crucial leads. Concerned individuals, or those with potential information, are urged to contact 911 or reach out directly to D-4 Detectives at (617) 343-5619.
In an attempt to stimulate community engagement and possible anonymous tips, Boston Police have also endorsed the use of their CrimeStoppers Tip Line. Informants preferring to remain anonymous can call 1-800 (494) -TIPS, or send a text message with the word ‘TIP’ to CRIME (27463). Despite the stated resources for anonymous reporting, the number of tips received and their potential value in the case remain undisclosed by the authorities.
