The Chicago Police Department is seeking assistance in locating a missing 13-year-old boy, Jonathan Garcia, who disappeared from his home on the 2200 block of North Lockwood Avenue on January 14, 2024, at approximately 7:44 a.m. Authorities have classified Jonathan as a high-risk missing teenager, and a bulletin was disseminated across law enforcement channels urging the public to come forward with any information.
Standing 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 120 pounds, Jonathan was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, and red shoes. He was also carrying a black Nike backpack. With brown eyes and black hair, as well as an olive complexion, descriptions of the Hispanic teenager have been widely circulated in hopes that someone will recognize him.
