
Chicago Police are seeking the public's help to locate a missing teenager, Mia Marin, who vanished from her home earlier this week. The 14-year-old was last seen on January 2, 2024, at her residence in the 5200 block of West Altgeld St. around 11:00 p.m.. She is described as a Hispanic female, 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 110 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.
The details surrounding her disappearance are still unclear, and law enforcement has released a description of the clothing she was last seen wearing: a black hoodie and black pants. Mia is known to frequent the area of Schubert and Central Ave., and the community has been alerted to keep an eye out.
Police have disseminated a missing person's flyer, which includes a photo of Mia and additional details about her appearance, including her medium complexion.
