
The Chicago Police are turning to the public for assistance in locating a missing teenager, Chiquinquira Iwa-Ruiz, who was last seen on a CTA bus roaming the streets of Ashland Avenue near Lake Street. The sixteen-year-old girl went missing on January 28, and concerns are growing as she may have difficulty communicating.
Chiquinquira, described as having a light complexion, blue eyes, and brown hair, was last spotted wearing a black sweatshirt, white shirt, blue jeans, and white Converse shoes. Standing 5'06" tall and weighing about 115lbs, her disappearance is treated with urgency by authorities.
Anyone with information that could lead to Chiquinquira's whereabouts is asked to contact the Area 3 SVU at 312-744-8266. The Chicago Police Department's official bulletin, which alludes to the girl's conditions for difficulty in communication, emphasizes the criticality of public awareness in these cases.
