The Dallas Police Department is on the hunt for two suspects following a deadly home invasion in the Pleasant Grove neighborhood that left a 24-year-old man dead. The incident occurred late last month on December 30, when police received a call about a shooting at an apartment on S. St. Augustine Drive, a stone's throw away from the CF Hawn Freeway. Upon arrival around 2:30 p.m., officers discovered Juvenal Antero with gunshot wounds, according to FOX 4 News.
Antero was swiftly transported to the hospital by Dallas Fire Rescue, where he tragically succumbed to his injuries. Working on case number 232551-2023, the detectives gleaned through the preliminary investigation that two suspects had aggressively forced their way into Antero's home and fired the shots that led to his demise.
