
Gym-goers at EOS Fitness on Louetta Road witnessed more action than they bargained for when deputies busted a group of alleged burglars in the act on January 20. According to a statement released by Constable Mark Herman's office, the officers were alerted to the ongoing crime by patrons who spotted three men purportedly breaking into vehicles.
Not missing a beat, the deputies caught a suspect vehicle making a beeline out of the parking lot, pulling off a traffic stop that halted the escape; Keystunne Russel, Castyun Gentry, and Daetwain Johnson were the men nabbed, identified as the alleged culprits by witnesses they were quickly detained and it was determined they were the individuals responsible for the break-ins. This decisive action led to their arrest, as the constable's office confirmed.
The trio found themselves facing charges of Burglary of a Motor Vehicle and were subsequently processed and booked into the Harris County Jail."All three suspects were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. Their bonds were set at $100.00 out of County Court 5." Constable Herman declared in the report.
