
The Fort Worth Police Department's Homicide Unit is earnestly seeking the public's assistance in locating a suspect involved in the fatal shooting that claimed the life of Luis, in an incident that occurred in the early hours of November 18.
The victim was sitting in his black truck, poised to leave a parking lot on NW 35th St., when an altercation suddenly escalated. A Hispanic male, amidst a group of several individuals, both male and female, is reported to have produced a weapon and brazenly fired at Luis. The gunfire struck Luis, who was critically injured and later succumbed to his injuries in the hospital. This heinous act unfolded at approximately 2:00 am, leaving multiple witnesses in the wake of this tragedy, according to the Fort Worth Police.

The police are now turning to these witnesses and the wider community, surmising that someone must possess information that can help to quickly apprehend the gunman. "There were multiple witnesses that observed the shooting including the group that was with the suspect," as per the Fort Worth Police.
Detective Sullivan of the FWPD Homicide Unit has openly requested the public's help to aid in identifying the suspect.
