A man was arrested for allegedly recording a woman inside a bathroom in Harris County. Constable Mark Herman's Office detailed the incident that took place on the 1100 block of the North Plaza East, responding to a disturbance call on January 21.
Investigations at the scene by deputies led to the apprehension of Jaaciel Cruz, who is accused of placing, a cellular phone under the bathroom door to capture footage of the unsuspecting female victim. The arrest was made after the victim noticed the phone and alerted authorities.
As reported by Constable Mark Herman via Facebook, “Jaaciel Cruz was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged for Invasive Visual Recording. His bond was set at $10,000.00 out of the 263rd District Court.”
