Houston's streets are a bit safer after deputies nabbed a wanted man during a warrant service operation, officials said. Constable Mark Herman's Office took to Facebook to announce the arrest of Josue Bolanos, wanted on a charge of Burglary of a Habitation with Intent to Commit Assault.

The deputies, from the ever-vigilant Constable's Office, dropped by the 500 block of N Sam Houston Parkway E on January 28, where they located and safely apprehended Bolanos without incident. The constables confirmed that Bolanos was the subject of a felony warrant, according to the post on Facebook.

With Bolanos now in cuffs, "Jose Bolanos was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the felony warrant," Constable Mark Herman reported. A judge in the 183rd District Court did not take the charges lightly, setting bail at a hefty $40,000.00.

Details on Bolanos' alleged crime weren't disclosed, but with a bond like that, the courts seem to be sending a message that this type of felony, won't be taken lightly. Stay with us for more updates as this story develops and heads to the courtroom.
