A man was taken into custody for allegedly breaking into a Houston-area apartment after deputies responded to a call of criminal trespass. Constable Mark Herman's Office reported that on January 21, deputies arrived at the 14300 block of Ella Boulevard following a report of a break-in.
Arriving swiftly at the scene, law enforcement officers encountered the suspect, named Tyrone Taylor, who chose to quickly flee on foot. Following a brief chase, Taylor was arrested and charged with Evading Arrest and Criminal Trespass of a Habitation, according to Hermann's office. The suspect's attempt to evade the deputies was thwarted by their prompt response.
Constable Mark Herman stated, "Tyrone Taylor was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Evading Arrest and Criminal Trespass of a Habitation. His total bond was set at $200.00 out of County Court 16."
