Law enforcement nailed a boozy snoozer behind the wheel in a moving lane of traffic on Shaw Road, leading to an arrest for driving while intoxicated. Constable Mark Herman's Office deputies found a man, later identified as Christopher Hill, asleep in his vehicle on January 20, according to a Facebook post by Precinct 4.

Deputies arrived at the scene in the 17800 block of Shaw Road following a report of a man passed out in a car. Displaying obvious signs of intoxication, Hill was subjected to sobriety tests. The results confirmed the suspicion: he was driving with an alcohol level of 0.163, a reading soaring over twice the legal limit.

"Christopher Hill was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 11." Constable Mark Herman detailed.
