Authorities have cuffed a man wanted for his second drunken-driving charge in Houston, officials said. Deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a welfare check that led to the apprehension of Arvis Guimbellot on January 10, 2024, after they responded to a call in the 11200 block of Angelique Drive.
The officers discovered an outstanding warrant for Guimbellot related to a previous Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) offense, originating from the Washington County Sheriff's Office. During the course of their investigation, Herman's deputies swiftly took Guimbellot into custody, and he was processed at the Harris County Jail, according to the constable office's announcement on their Facebook page.
