Early on New Year's Day, a person was left wounded after a stabbing incident inside an East Boston residence. The Boston Police Department reported to Boston 25 News that the violence erupted at approximately 1 a.m. at 277 Princeton Street, commonly known as Eastie.
The identity of the victim has not been disclosed, but they have been reported to suffer from non-life-threatening injuries. The immediate condition of the person struck in the very first hours of 2024, remains unclear as officials have yet to release further details.
According to a WHDH report, the victim of the stabbing was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. Details surrounding the events leading up to the stabbing remain sparse, and the Boston Police Department has not provided any additional information.
No arrests have been announced in connection to the incident as of yet.
