The tragic incident took place at Highline Park, situated just south of Baseline Road on 12th Street, where a man, whose identity has not been disclosed, was walking with a companion. The Phoenix police officers rushed to the scene after receiving reports of an injured person near the intersection of 16th Street and Dobbins Road in south Phoenix.
