The attack occurred just after 9 p.m., when an unidentified man entered the laundromat and fired multiple shots at the victim before fleeing the premises on foot, the man was approached, and without clear reason or provocation, the gunman exacted a violence that was commonplace as it is startling in its ease and frequency.
