Yesterday, gunfire erupted on a quiet Atlanta street, leaving one man wounded and locals on edge. The Atlanta Police Department reports that officers were called to the scene at 1683 Lakewood Ave SE around 7:40 p.m. in response to a shooting incident. Despite, his injuries the victim was "alert, conscious and breathing" at the time he was found.
