The San Diego County Sheriff's Department reported that today, around 6:36 A.M., the woman was driving her 1994 Acura Legend westbound on Twin Peaks Road when the incident unfolded. Deputies dispatched to the scene found that the vehicle had veered off the road and struck a traffic signal at the intersection of Tierra Bonita Road and Twin Peaks Road.
