Starting Monday, February 5 through Monday, April 15, Foundation Communities, a partner to the library, steps in to aid taxpayers with preparation services. This year's help comes with a twist: appointments are required. The days of drop-in tax assistance are, for the moment, shelved as the library opts for a more organized approach.
